| If you believe that any pet or animal has been abandoned, is a stray, subjected to cruelty, is causung a disturbance, has been fighting, is a prohibited animal, you encounter a wild animal or need traps to capture an animal please fill out our online service request form. Animal Care - Bite
| If you have been bitten by an animal please fill out our online service request form. All animal bites need to be reported to animal care. Remember your health is important so the more information you provide the better. The animal involved needs to be placed in a quarantine to watch for signs of rabies. The quarantine period is 10 days from the date of the bite. If the animal has rabies, it will show within those 10 days. When any currently vaccinated dog or cat has bitten, scratched or otherwise attacked a person, anyone having knowledge of the incident should immediately notify the Animal Care Officer by calling Dispatch or submitting an online service request (after hours). Once the information is received the situation will be properly handled by the Animal Care Officer. Animal Care - Dead Animal
| If you find a dead animal please fill out our online service request form. Please provide the location so that it can be picked up. This helps deter scavengers such as vultures and coyotes. Animal Care - Impoundment
| If you have found an animal that you need to have picked up or if your animal has been impounded please fill out an online service request. Once the information is received the situation will be properly handled by the Animal Care Officer. If your animal has been impounded the Animal Care Officer will arrange a time to for you to pick up your animal. Please do not go into the front of the clinic where we house our animals. They will not release your animal to you nor do they know if it is there. Only an Animal Care Officer can release an impounded animal. If you have an animal that needs to be picked up the Animal Care Officer will arrange a time for pick up.
